Martijn Heertje - Division President
Martijn Heertje is Vice President at Translations.com and Division President at iSP. Prior to the merger with Translations.com he was responsible for worldwide operations and finance with locations in Asia and Europe. Today Martijn brings iSP's unique expertise in software localization, engineering, QA testing, and development to Translations.com. Having earlier served as Operations Manager, Project Manager and DTP Specialist, he has over 15 years of experience in the localization industry.

After completing high school in Amsterdam, Martijn studied in the United States at Oregon State University (OSU) in Corvallis, and at the University of Amsterdam. Prior to joining iSP in 1991, he served as Marketing Manager and/or CEO of several companies.

Martijn is married and has three children.
   
Erik d'Engelbronner - Director of Business Support

Erik d'Engelbronner is responsible for providing support to clients, CS, and salespeople on projects, approaches and quoting. Erik joined iSP in 2007, bringing more than 16 years of experience in management, (localization) project management, and business operations.

After completing his studies in Geology at the University of Utrecht, Erik started his career as a palynological consultant with LPP. In 1992 he moved to Africa to lecture at the University of Zimbabwe in Harare in various geological subjects for three years and to work as a senior geologist for the hydrogeological and environmental consultancy Interconsult in Namibia for four years.

Erik moved into localization in 2000 when he joined SDL as Localization Project Manager in the UK. Over the last four and a half years, Erik has been responsible for successfully setting up and managing the Dutch localization team at Electronic Arts.

Erik is married, lives in Breukelen, and has three children.

   
Bernd Löffler - Technical Development Manager
As Technical Development Manager Bernd Löffler is responsible for making the most out of technology at iSP. He monitors the latest developments in the industry, advises the management team on technology matters, and sets up implementation projects. He is working as a member of the Sales team.

Bernd was born in Germany and studied Applied Languages in Germersheim, Barcelona and Bristol, as well as Business Information Science at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. After working for a year in games localization, he joined iSP in 1995 as a German localization specialist, and later became Engineering Manager. Since the end of 2006, Bernd has worked as Technical Development Manager.
